1) Explain how adopting an agile approach to project management or product development can result in improved communications.
The agile approach first understands the usage of finished products as well as the solution which the product may give. This way the products can be developed very easily which has a higher chance of customer satisfaction as their expectations are being cleared.
On the other hand, it manages a project by breaking it up into several stages which involve constant collaboration with the stakeholders as well as continuous improvement of a project at every stage. So, the agile approach helps a company in many ways with the help of open communication and collaboration between the team members.
2) Need more information regarding the Definition of Done.
3) Explain how agile projects are less risky, and how this argument can increase stakeholder support.
There are many reasons for agile projects to be less risky. One of the common reasons is that the agile method can help to find solutions quickly and efficiently which makes the method very flexible. This flexibility allows the project teams to respond to the reaction of the customers and then improve the products accordingly. Another reason is that agile projects are carried out with a constant collaboration with the stakeholders where the team members change or improve a process in every step as per the needs of the stakeholders. This way stakeholders are more involved in the agile project process which makes it less risky for them.
Hope this helps :)
