Yes ,It is true that the FED should have the authority to make the tradeoff on the behalf of our society .President of FED do not control who runs them .Instead of this , the directos for the search committee and hire a firm which identifies a diverse , broad , highly qualified candidate pool according to the FED .Also FED is an independent govt. agency which is accountable to public and congress .It is also a fact that the policies of FED hurts the sentimnents of many american on average because of the allegation like Federal reserve have eroded many american living standard while giving enrichments to well elites onlly and the central bank also serves its biggest spending on big bankers , thier friends and politicians .As the president is directrly appoited by politics but it does not mean that it is only playing the role for politics infact the whole team of federal reserve is there which consist of best expert across the country who take the decision on the behalf of society .Considering the feneral knowledge of economic , the economy is very crucial to our well being because everything is dependent on this , our future , our present everything .It the economy is not stable , we will never be in well being .yes I would prefer a system where voter run the economy b ecause that would provide economic equality and intense and deep development to the society .
