The capital cost and operational cost for the hardware/software associated with that of the implementation of anti-virus as a non-saas in an enterprise organization would depend on:

1) Scalability: where the on-premise solution are mostly difficult to scaling with regard to the hardware needing the application demands and when application experiences any heavy traffic and mostly upgrades , using the cloud computing would reduce the hardware expenses, also the immediate availability of the software is a concern, the performance it would do and the security feature is a matter.

The average amount is 14.8 billion to 25.3 billion.
