Some women use drugs or alcohol when pregnant. Is jailing these women the best course of action? Think about the women, the fetuses, society, the court system, health care providers. What are some of the issues?

Answer 1) Well after going through the statement what I feel is it is the right of every citizen to wear what they want and consume what they want with keeping all terms and conditions checked. Drinking while pregnancy is not a crime in any of the country and every women has the right to take decision regarding what she want to have or not and for drug part it varies from country to country. Looking from a society prospective it is wrong from prospect of society part but every person has the right and due to society disliking court cannot pass a law. Adding to it there are so many issues when taking or creating any new law which will prevent womens from drinking alcohol or consuming drug will bring many riots in the country where some womens will stand against the law and is not possible to create such a law. Whatever these womens are doing will hamper their future only so its better to stay out of personal issues.
