Immediately after vaccination our B lymphocytes recognises the weakened or killed organism and produces both antibodies and memory B cells.The immune system will take some days to create maximum amount of antibodies.Later on ,antibodies disappears and memory cells remains.

So that the effectiveness of antibodies will be less immediately after vaccination and after some days its concentration increases and become very effective.But this effectiveness won't last for long time.
