Have employment levels in Health Care industry recently increased or decreased? What do you expect will happen in the future? Why?

Employment levels in health care industry recently have been increased due to following reasons -

• According to Bureau of Labour statistics, around 3.1 million job have been added to health care sector , rate which is almost seven times faster than rest of the economy.
• The people who were lying below the poverty line , Due to government policy of providing them free education at higher standards they are now skilled workers are are around 1.5 million people who were below poverty line are working in health care sector.

In future, the employment level in health care sector be increased-

• Rate of growth of job in health care sector is expected to increase by 3 Percent according to the report to Bureau of Labour statistics
• If we talk about home health care and practitioners officer , then the rate of growth of employment in health sector is expected to grow at great scale , around 54 % in home health care and 26% in practitioner office is expected to be increased between 2016-2026.
• Employment in hospital is also expected to grow 7 percent in this decade
