The graph shows the activity of the enzyme.

It shows 3 lines on the graph representing amount catalytic activity of the enzyme at different conditions.

1st line shows increased activity and velocity of product formation in the presence of glycerol. As glycerol interacts with regulatory subunit to regualte enzymatic activity.

2nd line ( in middle) shows velocity of reaction, or ezymatic activity in absence of any regulator

3rd line shows the decreased velocity of reaction/ enzymatic activity due to negative regulator present. This regulator is FDP, which reduces enzyme activity. It's Iowest of the 3 cases here.
