Attenuation of transcription regardless of tryptophan levels.
If the formartion of the 2+3 antiterminator loop is prevented by the mutation,The trp operon is regulated by repression and attentuation. formation of 2+3 stem loop precludes the formation of 3+4 attenuation loop and the transcription proceed through trp genes.
