Answer #1

Answer --- D (All of these)

Puromycin is the antibiotic which acts as the peptide chain inhibitor, this molecule has the same structure as 3' tRNA and so this molecule can also bind on the A site of the small unit of the ribosome to prevent translocation.

This molecule also uses to release the premature protein chain due to the structure the same this molecule can bind to the sites on the ribosome and can cause premature chain termination in the ribosome.

Due to its same structure and weak bonds made due to this attachment, the protein translation process gets interrupted and this antibiotic can also bind covalently to the C terminus of the peptides.

The main function of this antibiotic is the prevent the translocation of the peptides and hence the translation and all the statement regarding the puromycin is right and so the answer will be D.

As all the options are right so none of these cants be the answer and the final answer is D.

Good wishes do rate please thank you.
