lamda = 2.07 mC /m = 0.00207 C/m

x = 0.395 m

the electric field , E = lamda /(4*pi * e0) * ( 1 /(x -L) - 1/(x))

E = 0.00207 /(4*pi * 8.85 * 10^-12) * ( 1 /(0.395 - 0.22) - 1/(0.395)) V/m

E = 5.92 * 10^7 N/C
