If an accurate measurement of Glucose content of blood is required,
Glycolytic Enzymes must be inhibited. In the presence of Glycolytic
enzymes, the Sugar content of the Blood will continue to decline as
blood is stored. This will result in a measurement that is lesser
than the actual concentration of glucose in the blood.
