Mutant 1 is a mis-sense mutation. There are found single amino acid change. That's why it is not detrimental in nature

Mutant 2 is a non sense mutation. But mutation is found at the last codon. UAA stops codon is created. The last amino acid is not found.

Mutant 3 is a frame shift mutation. This leads to change the whole sequence of amino acid in a protein.
