Ans. Money can be really highly contaminated with microbes because of its greater surface area and porous surface so it becomes easy for microbes to get stuck to it making them highly contaminated. But notes can be disinfected using brush and disinfectant and if the note is made of plastic then it can be disinfected by soaking them in detergents and washing them with water. So, these are the way notes can be disinfected.

The ones we most often use, such as door handles, are the most bacteria-covered points in our home. These contact surfaces allow easy transmission of the cold, flu virus, E. Coli, Salmonella, Norovirus and others in our household, particularly where at least 3000 different germs are carried by the hands of an average person. So, these door handles can be cleaned by washing them with soap and detergent and by application of disinfectant on the surface or using disinfectant spray at least twice on the surface.

This is how notes and door handles can be disinfected of harmful microorganisms.
