• The level of Maslow's hierarchy (pyramid) of human needs:

1. Physiological Needs- The basic physiological needs are like food, water, breathing. The physiological needs also include such things as shelter, air, temparature etc.

2. Safety needs- Once a persons physiological needs extremely satisfied while he motivate to safety need. At this level the needs for security and safety become essential. Here few safety needs are given- Financial security, health and wellness, safety againt the accident or unwant situation.

3. Social belonging- This is the third level of Maslow's hierarchy human need. This need is strong in childhood. According to maslow's theory every human strength paassioned need for a sense of acceptance of social groups. Social belonging needs are friendship, intimacy and family.

4. Esteem needs- Esteem needs are ego needs. people develop a concern to getting recognition, importance from others. Esteem need have included with personal growth and self esteem. people need to make a sense that they are enough valued in the world.

5. Self actualization needs- It is a top peak of Maslow's hierarchy needs. Self actialization is a need where people are self aware, he or she concered about her own growth, and less concerned about the others opinion.

• The strengths of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs :

1. Maslow is a motivational theorist who focused on human physiological need, safety, love and belonging, esteem and self actualization. All these stages are associated with our personal life.
2. Physiological needs are involved with sleep, hunger, air, water, sex etc. These all are very essential and basic human need. And all these fulfilment of needs can make people satisfied and motivated.

3. Safety need refers for protection and security. When our physiological need get fulfil then this safety need would be emerged. And this is the also lower level of need, It helps to influence to meet higher level of motivation.

4. Love and belonging need of hierarchy is also required for all human being. Friendship, relationship, community group is very essential need to play an role of a sociaty.

5. Esteem need is also important for respect of human thoughts, attention, and identification. Others appreciation, values, acceptance, acknowledge is more important for us, it can build our high self esteem.

6. Self actualization need is the final stage of need according to hierarchy. It can help to achieve our idea self.

• The weaknesses of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs :

1. The main weakness of this maslow theory of motivation is that we can not compute our level of satisfaction. Therefore this is unethical.
