In many of the breaches today, the organizations have been signed off as being compliant. When governance appears to not be working, is it worth the effort of keeping it? Post your opinion on if you feel governance is always required, if so or if not then when or when not?

This topic is very important to know about the companies facing problems, how facing data breaches problem. It is true that many organizations have been signed off due to this data breaches complaints. To solve this breaches governance is very important to the companies Data breaches means stolen of information or data without the knowledge of the authorization owner from a system (cyber attacks). It is very sensitive issue facing by the companies. It creates damages in loss of the company's target and company finances. This leads to cybercriminal activity Governance to the company is very important to take care the company information. Even though the company in governance they are also facing little problems of data breaches. When governance appears it is worth effort of keeping because it will solve many problems. This technique is not working means that you will not maintain the consistency of the governance. The governance should be maintain regularly and improve the latest technologies whenever it wants I feel that governance is always required because majority of successful companies of today are well aware of common data security issues and put an effort towards preventing data breach Governance is planning, setting rule for handling it, study the advanced or latest technologies and educate the company employees to keeping it safe
