Answer #1

30) What is the main difference between Theta replication and Rolling circle replication?

A) III and IV

Rolling circle replication is faster and it can replicates multiple copies continuously. Rolling circle replication is a unidirectional nucleic acid replication and it is responsible to synthesize multiple copies of circular molecules of DNA or RNA rapidly. On the other hand, Theta replication is a normal replication process, and in this case, replication fork is moved bidirectionally.
