Emotional intelligence play a significant role in the life of people,because in the absence of it,an individual will never be able to control their own emotions.Moreover it even relate to our understanding of motivation and emotion.In this regard emotional intelligence,is important in the sense,it makes the person to know about themselves,in much better way,as such when a person gets a deep understanding of themselves,then only they will be able to realize the factors which are either affecting their life or bringing positivity in it.Through this one could effectively control their emotion,in the sense use their emotion accordingly where it will lead to some positiveness in their life,and tends to avoid any such thing,which will affect the mental peace.This provide us to have better hold on our emotions.
Moreover emotional intelligence is even related to our understanding of motivation,in the sense that once the person realizes his own respective emotions,it will somehow motivates him to do things,which will be beneficial for the person.As the concept of emotional intelligence relies on the factor that it makes a person to have a better knowledge regarding himself,and once the person knows his own better self,it will act as a motivation for them to do more things,which will eventually lead to have positive impact in their life.
