220 – 60 = 160.

Given, range of 70 to 80% for aerobic training, calculate training heart rate

70% of 160 = 112

80% of 160 = 128

Hence, the answer is 112, 128.

PART B

220 – 27 = 193.

Given, range of 75 to 85% for aerobic training, calculate training heart rate

75% of 193 = 145

85% of 193 = 164
