ans: Multiple map kinase pathways segregated by the formation of pathway specific complexes assembled on molecular scaffold. THE MAP kinase signaling complexes in the Mating and Osmoregulatory pathways in the yeast.ste11 is a common component which is shared by both pathways.the Pbs2 function as a scaffolde,it assemble a large singaling complex which segegate the both pathways.
