I feel both individuals as well as organization must work towards resolving work stress. The reason being work stress causes decrease in employee performance. Thus lowering employee morale and motivation is an obstacle for organization to achieve it's goals. Also, this causes disturbance in the office environment. Which affects other employees as well. Therefore the managers must observe their employees, recognize the threat of work stress and work towards resolving it at the earliest. The individual proactively tries to come out of the stressful situations . He/she must be innovative and motivated to improve the situation and make work life simpler and happier.
