A social worker is one who act for the benefits of the society as whole. Here engagement means the procedure by which their clients could be always active and engaged in their treatment.

The social worker take the members of the team uniformly and encourage them to obtain the common objective of the whole team.

Establishing an effective team work need a positive deal of insight, attention and skills. Social worker used the strategy of appreciation for the team members in order to motivate them.

The another strategy adopted by social worker is communication and better leadership style, which is most important in any type of relationship. This strategy helps him or her to win the confidence and faith of the other team members and they all work towards the common objective without any self benefit.
