Question

Project Success

Myra owned a BIG commercial insurance brokerage focusing on clients with about 500 employees. Myra was the lead salesperson for her firm, with a support staff to back her up. Recognizing that anything that helped give her more sales time would help her company grow, MYRA instituted "Project SUCCESS i", a dedicated company-wide effort to incrementally replace her from all renewal processes (one of the core functions of her firm and one that sucked up months of her time).

MYRA knew that in order to do this she would need to refine her company's core renewal systems so that her team, working with the company systems, didn't miss anything.

How would you redesign and upgrade “PROJECT SUCCESS” internal company systems of Myra’s company?

Answer #1

According to the scenario, the company has to upgrade and redesign its success for the internal company system. This has been defined as an overall project that meets its goals, timelines, or objectives under a well-balanced budget, techniques, and other factors under schedule. The efficiency is directly related to how the project manages its limited resources to meet the short term or long term goals while building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In the scenario, the Myra Company has to deal with the relevant redesign strategies to balance and maintain the internal company systems.

A fully dedicated company-wide effort to incrementally replace these from all renewal processes. The project success criteria completely refer to measurable terms of the project's outcome, and that too is acceptable to the end-user, final customer, and the other stakeholders. In other words, the project success factors consist of operations, activities, or elements that are required to refine the renewal systems. At this point, the company has to turn to the strategic-renewal process for the redesign and strategize every operation's tally for the benefits. These factors will help achieve better sales, production, marketing, enterprise resource planning, and management information systems. The success of the project itself, as defined by time, efforts, cost, and performance subcomponents, and client success elements, as calculated by the use, satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness of the project or internal system management in benefiting the resources.
