With the coronavirus, what ethical responsibility do companies have to their employees and customers in China? What is the responsibility of companies to other stakeholders such as investors or workers in other countries.
The companies have the ethical responsibility to their employees to help them at the time of this pandemics by financially supporting them. All the employees had worked for the company with the motive that company grow more so now it's the time for the company to help their employees by paying them some amount which would be enough for their survival needs at this time.
Their responsibility with their customers in china is not possible to fulfil these days as no medium to support them is left. Every country is facing this problem. But if the company have enough potential to help others then first they should try to help their own country then their customers in China.
At last, the company have the responsibility towards their shareholders and workers in other countries to provide them with some financial help so that they can survive with no much difficulties. As it is the time period where everyone is facing difficulties.
