a) i) About 10,000 people to be evacuated from low lying coastal areas to safer places one day before the hurricane strikes the coast.

ii) About 100 relief centers to be established to accommodate 100 people each 2 days before the hurricane strikes the coast.

b) i) Improvement in overall morbidity of the people living in low lying coastal areas. This is a learning objective.

ii) Improvement in purchasing power of people living in low lying coastal areas. This is a behavioral objective.

C) Decrease in the number of lives lost and property will be the outcome objective.
