Read Chapter 9, 10, 11 (Courage, Neutral and Willingness) in the book Transcending the level of consciousness - David Hawkins and answer:
Point out one difference between emotion level Courage and Neutral and explain
Courage: The true power of the first point. Gateway is bravery. This is where you begin to see life as challenging and exciting rather than frustrating. You start to have an insight into personal growth desire, but at this point, you are likely to term it something else like skill-building, job development, education, etc. You tend to see your future as an improvement on your past, instead of a continuation of the same. This is the Empowerment Point. It is the first stage where you do not take the energy of life from those around you. Courage is where you see that your external circumstances don't allow you to be tossed to and fro. This determination leads you to understand that you are yourself a steward and that you alone are responsible for your own development and progress. This is what makes you intrinsically human: knowing there is a difference between stimulus and answer and deciding how to react.
Neutrality: Neutrality stands for the degree of versatility. To be impartial, you are completely unattached to outcomes. At this point, you are happy with your current life situation and don't seem to have much drive in your career for self-improvement or excellence. You know the possibilities but don't make the changes necessary to achieve a higher degree. A very comfortable spot. Level of laziness and complacency. You're looking after your needs but you're not pushing yourself too hard.
