  2. Tim Cook is making Apple more transparent in comparison of Steve Jobs era.
  3. Tim Cook encourages his team to take the center stage, whereas Steve Jobs mostly hogged the limelight.
  4. Tim Cook is pragmatic and will honestly apologize and admit if Apple has a goof-up; whereas, Steve Jobs was often in denial mode about any kind of nagging issues.
