This gives the employees a goal and strategy. this helps in maintaining the chain of command so that everyone is on the same page and everyone could be very effective in supporting these goals. So vision and mission statement also helps the company to focus and concentrate on the future forecast. the statement should be updated and aligned with the goals and objectives of the company.
