IRB is Institutional Review Board is an independent committee which majorly review and assess the implications of various research done by organizations.This protects the rights and welfare of human subjects .In addition ensure that informed consent is important for all research. In HIM profession lot of researches will be there on healthcare sector. IRB helps in
