Developing a business or organization, setting directions and goals is of the utmost importance for success. Designing a business mission or vision statement can help you grow your business or organization. As your organization grows, you may want to change your mission or vision. But the mission statement or vision statement describes the foundation of the organization, so changes should be kept to a minimum.
