The precision of an experiment is considered as the closeness of two or more measurements to one other. For example, if you weigh a given substance five times, and get 1.01 kg each time, then your measurement is precise or for a titration, if you are getting the same value for 5 times, your experiment is precise. Precision is independent of accuracy. Accuracy is the closeness of a measured value to an original value.

Thus for establishing precision of a titration, it has to repeat for several times.
