CO - Pays 1. Is a payment to doctor 2. Is a fixed payment for treatment

Insurance premium is the amount of monthly payment paid by the policyholder to the insurance compnay for getting insurance against expenditure on medical treatment. However most of the policies required that some fixed amount of total medical expenditure will be borne by the policyholders and paid to the doctor. This amount is called co-pays.
