Xc=sin^-1(n_air/n_rod)

Xc =sin^-1(1/1.34)

Xc=48.27 degrees

The angle of reflection is

Xr =90-48.27 =41.73 degrees

Incident angle is

from snells law

Xi =sin^-1(n_rod*sin(xr)/n_air)

Xi =sin^-1(1.34*sin41.73/1)

Xi=63.12 degrees
