Actin polymers helps in the forming of pseudopod by pushing the membrane as they grow. Then this can adhere to any surface with the help of any adhesion proteins such as integrins. To pull their body forward by actin- myosin complex contract (myoblasts) takes place within the pseudopod. This movement is known as amoeboid movement.
