Organizational justice refers to the employees should not show any partiality within the organization. They want to work fair and every employee should coordinate with each other. There are three types of organizational components in organizational justice.
Distributive justice- It refers to the equal rewards should be distributed to the employees in particular department. If organization give one person in the department more salary and another person with less salary was not at all fair.
Procedural justice- It refers to perceive the fairness of procedures. This method was used in the decisions which made for the allocation.
Interactional Justice- It refers to the treatment that employees receive when any kind of procedures being issued. Management of the organization should treat the employees more truthfully. This scenario mainly focuses on the fairness to the employees during the time of procedure issue.
Management should not show any injustice between the employees because if they feel injustice they never strive to work harder to reach the organizational goals. Organization should be fair and truthful with employees for the better performance and discrimination should be eliminated in the organization. If candidates belong to one department should be treated equal and equal rewards should be distributed. Organizational justice will be most important thing to get best outcome for their firm.
