One of the strength of a team member is “ action oriented”. These individuals look for every minute detail in every task. Generally, these are considered as “perfectionists” as they always strive to get the expected outcomes and also adheres to the process and deadlines. The issues with these is to delegate their work and sometimes that becomes the greatest weakness for them. It is important to be a successful team member to showcase commitment, trust, accountability, focus on achieving outcomes and able to manage any conflicts. The other roles such as people based roles (e.g. coordinator, investigator, etc.) and thought based roles (e.g. specialist, evaluator, etc.) can be think about.
