How would I find the capacitance given this diagram? How do I tell what is in series and what is in parallel?

As by diagram we know that This is a wheat stone bridge

So there is no current in 5th capacitor

So,

C1 is in series with C2 and this combination is parallel with series combination of C3 and C4

So

Equivalent capacitance of C1 and C2 = 1/[(1/10)+(1/10)] = 5 * 10^-6 F

Equivalent capacitance of C3 and C4 = 1/[(1/10)+(1/10)] = 5 * 10^-6 F

Equivalent capacitance of circuit = 5*10^-6 + 5*10^-6 = 10*10^-6 F
