The user accounts feature of windows7 provides limited support for multiple users.
With this feature each user can have his own preferred settings doccuments email accounts
contacts. For a new useraccount the preferred settings have to be applied. But this is not efficient way
because it will lead to waste of time. we can create a new user account by clicking on the manage another account
in control panel then create new account. The account can be setup as in two ways it can be a standard user or it can be an
administrator.
