  1. Prevention of acetylcholine synthesis.
  2. Depletion of synaptic ACh without affecting diet or enzymatic activity.
  3. Enhanced synaptic ACh activity.
  4. Muscle paralysis that does not affect heart rate.

ANSWER:-

a) acetylcholine is synthesized from enzyem A

and choline is synthesized by the enzyme

choline acetyl choline transferase. so the drugs

will bling to this enzyme acetyl transferase and

prevents it form synthesising more

acetylcholine.

b)the synaptic acetylcholine (ACH) can be

depleted by increasing the concetration of the

enzyme acetylcholine loterase which normally

cleares the ACH,so the drugs will enhance the

concentration of acetylcholine esterase which

will deplete ACH concentration by clearing it to

choline and acetic acid

c) To enhance acetylcholine activity we have to blocks the enzyme acetylcholine exerase which normally breaks Aeh and decrease Et3 cone . so by blocking the enzyme we can increase Ach activity.

d) One drugs like paralyties affectsn the actylcholine receptor and don't allow Ach to work in the neuromuscular junction.

But in heart , it has intrinsic autonaticity and do not require the same type of rfimulation by Ach for heart beatings.
