Ans. Option C is correct.

Amphibians such as frogs have moist skin and their skin is very much sensitive towards saltwater and thus they cannot survive a long journey in the sea. Therefore, they are absent in Galagos and other oceanic islands.

The frogs appeared approximately 300 million years ago, much before the continental drift hence, option A is incorrect.

The frogs do not require very large space to survive hence, option C is incorrect.
