By formula

F = 2NAA + NAA  / 2 N

Here NAA = 65 , NAa = 5 , N = 65 + 5 + 25 = 95

F = 2 x 65 + 5 / 2 x 95

F = 0.71

allelic frequency for A allele = 0.71
