2) 3rd option is correct ATP synthesis will be affected

As puncturing of thylakoid membrane cause leakage of H+from lumen to stroma so no gradient formed so no ATP synthesis take place.

3) option 2 is corect ,O2 release is process of light reaction

As PSII cause breakdown of water and leads to release of H+ and O2 and electron towards lumen of thylakoid membrane

4) option 2 is correct as ATP which is synthesized from cetabplic reaction is used for several important cellular processes.

Like glucose oxidized by glycolysis process which release ATP which is used for several cellular process like working, breathing , metabolic processes.
