Photosynthesis is the process by which plants make food. The input is water , CO2 and sunlight an output is O2 and glucose.

In cellular respiration oxygen released from photosynthesis is used to breakdown glucose to release energy.

Carotenoids is the pigment responsible for red,orange or yellow color.

   Anthocyanins are responsible for color of flower . The petal color ranges from red to blue.
