1) tissue is made up of multiple cells . Multiple cell aggregate and form tissue level organization. In between the cell, small space present is known as extra cellular space and this contain fluid known as extra cellular fluid.
2) cytoplasm is located in side the cell.
3) lipid bilayer is present in plasma membrane. This separate cytoplasm from extracellular fluid. Plasma membrane are made up of lipids and proteins. Main loud which present is phospholipid.
4) phospholipids are amphiphatic lipids, having both hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups. As ECF and cytoplasm contain aqueous medium. Lipids are considered as water heating molecules, so to stabilize plasma membrane phospholipid are arranged in such a way that water loving part( polar head part) exposed out side of layer . While water hating part of phospholipids are buried inside of membrane. Thus giving appearance of lipid bilayer. In this bilayer , water heating part present inside and polar part present outside .
5) plasma membrane is also known as cell membrane. Which separate inside of cell to out side or cell.
6) this experiment is showing dffusion experiment and this molecule may be glucose molecule ( C6 molecule).
In simple diffusion, movement of molecule occurs from higher concentration to lower concentration with put requirement of energy. This is also an example of passive diffusion. Rate of diffusion depends on concentration gradient of molecules, area of diffusion membrane, pressure etc.
