Please help me construct a Ferguson plot for a 12% gel

the distance for lysozyme is 5.21cm
the distance for BSA is 1.35cm
the distance for RNAse A is 5.58cm
total distance of gel is 7cm
electric field must be approximately E = (100 V)/(20 cm) = 5 V/cm = 500 V/m.
The Ferguson plot can be created by the measurement of mobility.
The mobility can be measured by the formulae
Mobility measurement = Migration velocity (cm/s)/field strength (V/cm) it should be for samples and standards at various gel concentrations.
Further the plot can be generated by plotting log (mobility) vs gel concentration (%T)
The %T at every point on the gradient gel was calculated by
y=0.3997 +0.0518*x .where y is %T and x the distance (cm).
Voltage of the pore gradient gels homogeneous control gels, measured at hourly intervals,

y = 1.957 + 0.678-5 . t - 0.733-10 . t2
where y is the average field strength (V/cm) and t is time (s)
.Hence The Ferguson plot was calculated for each samples as log10 (average mobility) vs. average %T
The Ferguson plot was computed on the basis of an input using program FPLOT.BAS
