1.Protein bound nano drug. the nanoparticles drugs are enclosed in protein , so that it ensures the release of drugs at needed place. eg Paclitmel drug used in breast cancer treatment

2.liposomes bound nano particle drug. the drugs are enclosed in liposomes

eg Doxil used in treatment of kaposi sarcoma

b) The regulatory mechanisms steps are following

1.The hormones are the cellular mediators help in stimulation and controling growth response extracellularly,

2. when a hormone binds to its receptor, this stimulates the enzyme activation in cell, leads to growth or suppression according to hormones bind to the receptors
