f. In a reciprocal translocation heterozygote there is the same amount of genetic information (same number of gene copies) as in a diploid individual with only normal chromosomes.

Reciprocal translocation: mutual exchange of segment between non homologous.

In such translocation one break occurs at each chromosome before excahnge of segment.

Most organism with heterozygote reciprocal translocation is semi fertile.They produce half of the live offsprings didnot have this genetic mutation.This is because as the chromosome divide during meiosis there is a 50% of offsprings to mutated.
