I need to come up with a 3 minute speech. the assignment was to give a business-oriented speech to (in the scenario) your fellow employees, at the request of your boss. Like for example, some students chose to talk about software update about the compnay, and another student did a serious meeting about how his employees need to step up their game because their company is not doing well. Explain we belong to same company its like our family . We have respnsible to takecare of it. Like how u take care of your own family. Compete all the things u can do to sucess & prosperityof company.

Tell that company encourages new talents . Don't depress for failures because without failure u don't know the feeling of success.
