Vision Statement: To ensure safer nation by connecting people through immediate notification.

Mission Statement: The mission is to make it possible that help is received in emergent situations in the least possible amount of time.

Strategic Human resource plan: The strategic human resource plan would follow a process:

• The current situation and the capability have to be accessed as a first step, this will give us a clear indication of where do we currently lie and to reach to a certain level what is it that we need to improve.
• Basis this next step in the plan would be to estimate the needs and infrastructure required. In this step we will get to know that what all areas in the jobs are vacant and what amount of resources are needed to be filled.
• The estimate of GAP would also be done in the next step i.e. where the lacking areas are and what needs to be done to fill in those gaps.
• Lastly HR strategies would be formed to strengthen the resources.

Organizational Goals:

• To become a profit earning organization in next 6 months
• Improve the reputation of the company and its product in the market
• Become a market leader in next 1 year
• The goals should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, attainable, relevant and time based.)
