1. Working environment- The primary employee retention strategies have to do with creating and maintaining a workplace that attracts, retains and nourishes good people.

2. Employee relationship and Connection

  • Take people out to dinner to celebrate an achievement.
  • Write a letter to the family thanking them for supporting your employee.
  • Give your managers and supervisors plenty of relationship training.
  • Give recognition strategically and deliberately

3. Employee Friendly work culture

  • Give people productive work to do.
  • Remove obstacles and barriers to getting the job done.
  • Keep the promises you make.
  • When possible, offer job flexibility

4. Career Opportunities

  • When possible, offer job flexibility
  • Provide up skill training and development programs
  • Conduct seminar and workshops
  • Know the employee aspirations
