will then impact the overall workplace environment. Recruiting the
right people from the start is important for ultimate business

The system of integrated innovation to make the right payment to the right employee is implemented then HR and Account employees should make sure that it is working efficiently means we had not found any wrong payment transactions after the implementation because if there is no wrong transaction then the system is efficient and employees are gettting right payment.
System is cost effective or not?
Cost is very important factor when we do business and manage human resource so we want to lower the cost. this can be done by comparing the cost before and after the system. if before the system, wrong payments were made and cost was high to solve that issue and after the implementation, the system has reduced the cost including its maintenance cost then system is cost effective and giving more benefits to the organization.
System is improving the human resource practices/functions or not?
