The HR and Payroll activities are an important part of integrated

Innovations as the activities involves the recruitment and retention

of employees.

The HR and Payroll cycle starts at recruitment of employees and ends

at termination.

There is a risk when HR fails by recruiting employees who have the

right skills but are not the right fit to the organisational culture. This

will then impact the overall workplace environment. Recruiting the

right people from the start is important for ultimate business

success, such as profitability and productivity.

A potential risk regarding the payroll activities is incorrect Payment

calculated for employees.

To prevent this risk from occurring. Integrated Innovations has an

automated system that converts signed off timesheets to the correct

payment for each employee. Accounts employees check this for

variances before payment is made and payslips are sent.

Answer #1

answer-

the questions which we should ask before payment and sending the slip to the employees are-

is our system efficiently working after implementation?

The system of integrated innovation to make the right payment to the right employee is implemented then HR and Account employees should make sure that it is working efficiently means we had not found any wrong payment transactions after the implementation because if there is no wrong transaction then the system is efficient and employees are gettting right payment.

System is cost effective or not?

Cost is very important factor when we do business and manage human resource so we want to lower the cost. this can be done by comparing the cost before and after the system. if before the system, wrong payments were made and cost was high to solve that issue and after the implementation, the system has reduced the cost including its maintenance cost then system is cost effective and giving more benefits to the organization.

System is improving the human resource practices/functions or not?

the only function of HR is not recruiting and paying but it also have maintaining the records of personal details, attendance records, performance evaluation report etc. so this integrated system should provide the option to manager these functions of HR as well.
